The ACA Work, Health, Safe & Environmental (WHS&E) sub-committee is committed in sharing industry knowledge & experiences, working with relevant industry associations and regulatory authorities to provide information to members promoting workplace health, safety & environmental initiatives for employees, customers, contractors and the community. The ACA WHS&E sub-committee tasks itself with:
- Sharing of best practice in workplace health & safety, including key performance metrics & common issues such as machine guarding, transport and handling of products
- Sharing of best practice in environmental protection
- Create a WHS audit program which ACA Members can use to annually self audit
- Create an environmental audit program which ACA Members can use to annually self audit
